We run a Citrix MetaFrame XPa farm under Windows 2000 Advanced Server w/TS.
One of the applications we have installed is Outlook 2002. Our users log
onto the Citrix server and are served a full desktop. On that desktop is
Outlook 2002 configured to access their Exchange 5.5 mailbox.
For some reason this user is having a problem having the Formatting toolbar
show up in the New Message window in Outlook. She goes into Options/Toolbars
and turns it on. Next time she opens Outlook, it's off.
I found that if I turned the toolbar on and then exited/logged off/logged
on/opened Outlook/New Mail right away, the setting seemed to stick. However,
if I come back several minutes later, the toolbar is turned off again.
Any clues as to what would cause this?
