Formatting Contact Information

Is there any way to control the formatting of information in that unnamed
window for a Contact (OL 200, 2002) between the Address field (and This is
the Mailing Address) and the narrow windows at the bottom for Contacts...
and Categories...? When I enter text in there it seems that sometimes the
font in Times New Roman 12, sometimes Arial 10 pt; sometimes it seems like
when I hit Enter (HRt) I get an extra blank line, sort of like what you get
if paragraph spacing in Word is set to allow a 6pt or so "Spacing after."
This happens most frequently when I cut and paste something, but the
resulting formatting usually bears no obvious relation to what I was
copying. I know how to control this in Word (where it is a Styles issue)
but what about here?
