Formatting continuous forms based on underlying recordset

Hi All

I have investigated the posts on "Access web" relating to colour
(formatting) records on continuous forms and they work just great , however,
I have a need to apply a similar technique to alter background colour of a
record based on a field within the record.
My first attempts have failed, and before I spend any more hours on the
code - is it possible or am I wasting my time?
