The only think I see is lots of empty cells which will collapse in many browsers
- Identify what the specific issues your users are having

IMHO
Your page table structure has way too many tables/cells that should be either merged or eliminated




| The page I just designed ( www.tmd-usa.com/wsimmons/index.htm ) doesn't display properly on Mac OS 9 or X.
