Formatting Form/Report

Hi,

How can I hide Formatting(Form/report) bar in a form, and unhide in a design
form
(for the same form)

I may not be understanding your situation...

Right click on the "gray" space in the toolbar area and select/de-select the
Formatting menu/toolbar.
