I am trying to setup a format for all negative numbers. I have tried to set
regional settings to show the negative numbers to use brackets rather than
the -. Regional settings display it properly but excel continues to use
the -.
My hope is that on all spreadsheets it will use the bracket as the default
not just the new spreadsheets. In addition when I click on the , botton on
the tool bar I would like it to use the brackets.
