How can I format objects, like a navagation bar, to be the same on all web
pages, like color..the text format stay the same when i add a new page but
the color of the object(navigation bar) always changes on all the pages.
I have amaster page and would like to not have a master page anymore. Can
i get rid of that formatting? without changing my pages?
thanks in advance

First of all, don't use a Master Page in a Publisher web. If you currently
have the navigation bar on the master page, that might explain your problem.
Move all the content off the master page onto the main page, and delete the
master page. Then assuming you are using Publisher 2003 when you Insert >
Page, on the Insert Web Page dialog be sure to have the Add hyperlink at the
bottom of that page ticked, and if you click the More button at the bottom a
second dialog comes up that gives you the option of duplicating all objects
on a particular page, and the Add hyperlink to navigation bars.

I am using Pub 2007.. I don't think I have a master page, when i click on
"view master page" i get a blank page. I deleted the color scheme and
checked "custom" and added a new navigation bar. still when it looks good on
the index page i go to the next page and it still reverts back to original
blue...
thanks pat

I am not sure what you are doing, but it sounds like you are changing the
navbar format manually on the home page, and then when you insert another
page, the navbar does not match even when you say duplicate all from the
home page? The problem may be that since the navbar is a wizard produced
component of the page, it's format, or color scheme is dictated by the
default color scheme...not the one that you created manually. It may be that
you will have to either play with the color schemes so as to get the navbar
looking the way you want it, and set that color scheme as the default...or
simply, manually change the new navbar on each page just as you did with the
one on the home page.
