Formatting outlook forms

Hi there!

I'm having difficulties trying to format the properties of
one of my outlook forms. I have three forms that all do
the same thing - but I need different logos on them as
they are used by different parts of our business.

The problem is that whenever I change the logo, apply it
and then save the form....when I reopen it the logo has
reverted back to the one I originally removed. Somehow
I've managed to change the logo on one of the pages on my
form - but not on the rest!!

Anyone any ideas?
