Formatting Subject Headers

How do I create a Rule to format the subject header text on outgoing emails?
I'd like to have my recipients see the subject header in a bold red font,
when they open their emails.

I'd like to have my recipients see the subject header in a bold red font,
when they open their emails.

Unfortunately, to give color to a text, you have to be in HTML-mode.
Since HTML "only" work for body, I think what you ask is impossible ...
(I may be wrong but I don't think so )
