I have created a table that is several pages long (well, 2). My problem is
that the heading is posted on the top of page 1, but the remainder of page 1
is blank, followed by the remaining portions of the table on pages 2 and 3.
I cannot move page 2 back to be positioned directly below the heading.
Formatting options and text wrapping options don't fix this problem.
