Are you sure you posted to the right group?
AFAIK there is no 'toggle
case' keystroke in any version of Excel, Mac or PC. Shift+F3 in Excel
produces the Insert Function dialog if you simply have a cell selected &
does absolutely nothing if you are in Edit or Enter mode.
That keystroke is assigned to the ChangeCase command in Mac Word & Mac
PowerPoint just as it is in the Windows versions, however.
