Formatting Using Outlook Express 6.0

This is in regards to FORMATTING. For some strange
reason, OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6 quit giving color to the emails
i send. It will do the bold, italic, underline, but the
color remains on AUTO OR BLACK. I have the settinsg at
HTML, send pics with mails (which others can't see pics
properly now as well, meaning jpg's, bmp's. My settings
are NOT on plain text and Rich HTML formatting is checked
on the taskbar and to send pic with emails.

Pleaseeee help someone. This is driving me batty.
