Formatting W2 info on multiple pages

I have a 1000 page word document.

Each page has W2 information for 2 employees that needs to go into a
specific box on a form.

I have formatted one page such that all the items go into right boxes.

How can I do some kind of auto formatting for the remaining pages so that
the replicate the formatting done on the first page without me manually
having to adjust each page.

Hi Sam,

POSSIBLY, you could accomplish this by recording a macro as you do the
reformatting, then play back the macro on each page. Depends a bit on what
kinds of changes you needed to make.
