Is there anyway to set a page with having arrows circles
etc for explanation example
when you get a new design phone or credit card or any
statment the first time the company will send a sample
form with circling and arrowing diferent spots on the the
bill to be able to understand the bill easly how can you
do such a process (importing a graphic file) and explaing
everthing of that bill

Maybe somehting like this will do the trick: Click View >
Toolbars. Click Drawing. On the drawing toolbar, click
Auto Shape > Line. Select Scribble (hover or right click
to see which one that is). You can draw a line around a
word with the pencil. Another option is to use Auto Shape
Basic Shapes to draw any shape at all. When done
drawing, click Format > Autoshape. At the Colors and
Lines tab, select No Fill and choose a line weight and
style. At the Layout tab, click In front of text (or
Behind text). Click OK. Now right click the shape, and
click Set Autoshape defaults. All autoshapes in this
document will now have the same properties, and can be
inserted in and around text without the text jumping
