When applying any type of format (e.g., bold, underline,
bullet, alignment, etc.) to a highlighted item, the
formatting which I select is applied to the whole
document. When I click on the UNDO option the formatting
is removed from all but the highlighted item (i.e., what I
want).
I have used the DETECT AND REPAIR option in the HELP menu,
however, the problem persists.
Is there any way to stop this from happenning as it is
annoying and affects my productivity.
