Hello

When using a combo box to pull a column of data from sheet2 that will be
displayed in a drop down list on sheet1 of the same workbook, is there any
way to enlarge the font size and style that shows up in the drop down list?

Yes, if you use the combobox from the control toolbox you can set font size
and other formatting under properties.
