It might help to specify which country and which branch of government
(e.g., federal/state/local), which agency (e.g., DOD, DOT). Also might
help to specify receipt for *what*.
Many US Federal government forms can be found fedforms.gov, though most
of their offerings are PDFs.
gsa.gov/forms has US GSA Forms (1027 is the general receipt of property
form, though, not 2062. The forms are available on-line and as PDFs,
though.
Many states have forms on-line as well, as do non-US countries.

I acutally meant for the army form 2062. There are no sorting function
in formflow but if I could get a template that matched the original
would be able to sort with excel. I don't think you can use pdf wit
excel right? I need something with excel's sorting functions

I've done a Google search without finding any. Perhaps a call to an Army
base admin detachment might be more productive.
