Forms and Hyperlinks

HELP

I have created a form in Word. I have protected the form
so that users cannot edit the information *BUT* my
hyperlinks on the form do not seem to work any more.

That's right, they won't work. See the page on the MVP FAQ site on using
macrobutton fields to substitute for hyperlinks in forms.
