Forms Authentication and PWA

We are trying to set up forms authentication for Project Web Access on our
server running Project Server 2007. We have AD authentication on port 80
which works great then we extended the web app to port 81 to set up forms
authentication. I got the provider all set up and added a user to the
database then I successfully added that user to the PWA user list and put him
in the admin group. I go to the forms login site <server>:81/pwa and am able
to successfully login with the forms user, but access is denied to PWA.
Please help.

Oh crap. I finally figured it out. Why did I not see this mentioned anywhere?
I had to add the forms user to the Project Web Access Owners group through
site settings. Why in the world do I have to add the user in two places?
(site and server settings)?
