Forms & Controls created at Run-Time

Now, I'm really going crazy and it's urgent as I need to have this done
tomorrow. Any help is appreciated!!!

Background: I have to create the forms and objects dynamically. I'm not a
programmer as I have taught myself everything I know and I'm sure I'm not
doing everything the "best" way.

Problem: I have created the forms and objects dynamically at run time using
the VB Designer and they work beautifully. The objects on the forms are
checkboxes and they have default values of True or False. My problem is that
when a user changes the default values of the checkboxes on the form the
objects are not changing that information and therefore I can't extract the
user's selections. Instead, all I get is what the default values were for
the checkboxes when they were created. HELP!!! Please!
