Forms...How to format forms for email replies ?

N

NZed

I have a situation where I have people filling out my forms on my website
and automatically sends them via email.

The problem is that it only comes out with the code.

eg

T1 Joe blogs (name)

C1 ON (radio button)

I would like to know how I change it so I can add the catagory names.ie

T1 would be then ........ Name : Joe Blogs
C1 would then be Member : ON

So it actually makes it easier and clearer to read on the email reply.

Looking forward to your replys.

You have to select each field on your form, right click, field properties
and name them as you want. No spaces and the first character of each name
must be a letter.
