Regarding the Forms options
When I bring up my form properties menu, I am unable to choose the "Send to" button. It will only let me choose the default (send to other). I don't want "send to other". I want to send the results of the form to an e-mail address. Why won't the form properties menu allow me to choose the "send to" button. It is gray and unavailable! Help!

Under Page Options | Authoring, set to Custom and enabled all options.
