forms in Outlook 2003

I use e-mail forms in Outlook 2003.......every time I try to go into a form
it says that the forms failed to load (under the organizational forms
library) then once I click okay then I can move to my personal forms
library. This didn't do this before moving to XP with Outlook
2000......Any ideas or fixes? I can still get to the forms so it is not
really a big deal, just a little annoying that I have to go through this
step each time.

What is the exact text of the error message? Have you installed OFfice 2003
Service Pack 1 yet?

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
