Forms in Word don't send the field information...How do I fix?

Hey there everyone,

I created a form in Word with fields and such and when I go to send it
to someone by email, the static information goes but the field
information does not. What is the problem? Thanks!

Let me add this. When I click File, Send to Mail Recipient (as
attachment), it works fine but when I just choose Send to Mail
Recipient, the fields don't go with the email. Is this an Outlook
setting perhaps?

When you send the document in the body of an email message, you are just
sending either plain text or HTML; it will not retain field codes. You must
send the file as an attachment.
