I have an Access DB, not positive what version I know it is not 2003. The
machine it was residing on crashed and when the file was recovered from the
hard drive it appears there has been some sort of corruption. All the
tables, forms, queries and reports seem to be in working order. Accept for a
couple things.
1) The menu system, which I believe was the built in menu wizard stuff, is
no longer functioning.
2) Only a few of the tables, forms, queries, and reports show up in the
design view.
3) On one form there is an object that allows for the user to upload a jpg
image. I belive it is some sort of OLE Object. All existing records show
the picutre correctly. Any newlew uploaded images on ly show the name of the
file. When switching the form to design view and comparing the properties of
the same control from two diferent records it apears that they are different
controls. I could try and trouble shoot further, but the only way to access
the form is to open the form throught the use of the app and then switch to
design view.
I know this isn't very specific and I wish I could be mored detailed, any
insight would be helpful.
Thank you
