Forms - Option Button Validation - Greyed Out

I have a form I built a couple of years ago. For some reason, when I right click the option buttons I'm not getting an option to change the validation setup (validation is greyed out). Any ideas why?

Do you have a site open, and then opening the form, and is your Authoring setting set to allow
Webbots, Extensions, etc.?
