I have used forms for many years through Frontpage. Recently my forms will
produce an error page when I set them up to send the results to my e-mail
address. When I set it up to save to the .csv file they work OK. Here is the
url of the form. http://www.tagderry.com/youth/contact.htm I am using
Frontpage 2003. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the exact error and have you contacted your web host regarding this issue?

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for the reply. When I fill out the form and them press submit (when
the form is set up to send the results to my e-mail address I get a page that
says:
"FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's system log for more details."

I am not sure where my server system log is located.

I have contacted my hosting company. It is UNIX Shared and they do not
support FP Extentions past the point of being able to upload via FP, which
they do.

Thanks,
JrBK

I would think that the FP Extentions is your problem. I've seen that message
before, and my host always told me to reinstall fp extensions, and it always
fixed the problem. If you can't send the forms to your email, you might
think about setting up a database to store the results. Just a thought...

nice looking site!
