My web hosting company uses a Unix server that they say won't support FP Form
scripts, and that I would have to install the cgi script FormMail. I've done
this and got the form to submit, email me, generate a database .csv file and
redirect the user. Unfortunately the email and .csv file are always blank.
I didn't know if the issue is with the FP generated form or the cgi scrip.
