When I enter info into my form and submit, I get the
following message on a new blank page: Cannot run the
FrontPage Server Extensions on this
page: "http://home.comcast.net/form1.htm"
Can anyone help me with this? I sure the form is ok. I
even tried using a form created by the "wizard"

First off, are you sure comcast has the FrontPage Server
Extensions enabled.

Secondly, it would be helpful if you provided a URL for
your form page.
