Forms

We have Organizations Forms setup for inner office Conflict Checks. The
problem was discovered on the recipient's end. At some point a change was
made to the form which caused the recipients to receive the message as FORM
format rather than an E-Mail format, under the Icon Field. (i.e. From,
Subject, Received, Attachment etc.)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can you explain in more detail what the problem is? I don't understand what
"form format rather than an e-mail format" means. The Outlook version might
also be helpful.

Sure,

We are using Outlook 2000 & XP

"form format rather than an e-mail format"
This is really hard to explain. There is a field called "icon" which you can
sort, much like the subject field. Usually this is always a message. which
looks like a little envolope. Now when the forms are received it looks like
a form icon. I took a screen shot and posted it on the web:

Thanks

That's the icon for a post item, also used by all custom forms by default if
the form designer did not set an icon on the (Properties) page. If you add
the Message Class property to the view, you'll be able to see if those items
are using a custom form, i.e. one other than IPM.Note.
