I have a form that I would like to show either as a
shortcut on my desktop or in the tool bar so I don't have
to keep going to file..new..choose form...etc. to use
it. Is this possible and if so how.

Have you tried:

Send it to the Desktop as a shortcut? (Right click it)

Put it in the Outlook Shortcuts bar? (drag it there)
