I'm trying to create a form that sends data to a recipient in the same format that it was entered (in a form). I can easily create a form and save it but when I pull the form up and then proceed to send it to someone, the form completely disappears on their end leaving only the message body of the email.
Am I going about this all wrong? All I want to do is create some sort of form or email template (that looks like a form) and can be filled out (as a new email message). Then the receiving user should be able to view that form in the message body.
Any ideas?
