Forms

I have created a form. When I test it out by clicking the 'send' button I get
this message:

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
"http://koes.sd5.bc.ca/feedback/feedback page.htm"

Our server administrator says that the server does have frontpage
extensions. This must be true as I am able to use the 'publish' feature.

Any ideas why my form is not working? Thanks!

Is this form supposed to send an email with the results?
If so, has your host configured the forms to email transport for you in the
FP server extensions?

Yes, the form is supposed to send an email. I will contact our server
administrator and ask him about the email transport. Thanks!!
