I know how to create a form. Is there a way to have the
form automatically come up when I create a new
message/calendar/task? Any help is appreciated.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
