I have an Access table that I built and within this table I've set up a
couple of combo boxes & short date fields. When I run a make table query off
of this table and then open up the new table my formatting, combo boxes &
short dates, has disappeared. Why would this be happening?

Also am I able to only pull only certain records witin a form (I'm trying to
pull all fields that belong to a specific advertising rep but I want to be
able to choose that ad rep & the fields that belong to them with a combo box
if possible) that is based upon a table or do I have to build separate
tables and seperate forms for each advertising rep?
