I am creating a form where addresses are needed, however I would like my form
to auto populate if an address currently exists within the linked table or
allow me to add new ones when necessary. How do I do this?

I don't understand. Normally when one goes to this site assistance is
provided. Can someone please assist me.

FYI, I found the combo box helpful, whowever I can't seem to figure out how
all fields get updated. Example is the name file will update, but not the
attn, address, city, state and zip.

Any help would be appreciated.

How would Access be able to know WHICH address it should autopopulate???

What's the Recordsource of the form, and what's the context - how are you
using the form?

Please understand this is a totally volunteer site. Anyone who wants to ask
a question or offer an answer is welcome, so there should be no expectation
you will get a response or a correct answer.

Microsoft kindly provides the site, but beyond that they have no
involvement. There is not even a paid nor unpaid moderator. It is like the
Wild West.

But, to answer your question, I have to ask a question. How do you know an
address you want to use already exists and how do you know it is the correct
address?
