I have created a form with a subform, and in the subform is a memo field. Is
there any way to wrap text so that when the subform comes up the memo field
will enlarge by wrapping text?

You can expand the display size vertically and it will show wrap. Also you
can create a Pop-up form to just display the memo field when it is
double-clicked.

Does this mean that we need to create a entire new form?

Open the form in design view and drag the display larger.
