FORMULA BAR OF SPREAD SHEET

I am working with excel spreadsheets and some how the settings got changed. i
need to see the totals at the bottom of the spreadsheet for weekly updates,
it was there but now it is gone??? how do Reset or what tool do I use to be
able to see the totals???

The formula bar is at the top of the sheet/window.

Perhaps you are speaking of the Status Bar which is at the bottom.

If you see no status bar click on View>Status Bar to show it.

If it already showing, right-click on it and choose from the options for
counting, summing etc. Maybe you have it set for "none".
