Formula Entry in Excel

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) In Excel for Windows you can select Tools - Options - Transition Formula Entry which would allow you to NOT have to use an equal sign when entering a formula in a cell. Does anyone know how to do this in the Mac Excel version?

It's in the Compatibility preferences.
