Formula for copying tap info into a cell

I know there is one, I just cannot remember what it is...I need a formula to
place the text on the tab of a worksheet into a designated cell in the same
worksheet.

=MID(CELL("Filename"),FIND("]",CELL("Filename"))+1,255)

You need a cell reference in the formula.......any cell will do.

=MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("]",CELL("filename",A1))+1,255)
