Formula for year (leap year)

I need to write a formula that increases by one year. I
can't add 365 days to the original date because that
doesn't account for leap years. Any ideas?

With the date in A1 try:

=DATE(YEAR(A1)+1,MONTH(A1),DAY(A1))
