Formula Help!

I need some help with a formula. I have a workbook saved in Excel that
has multiple worksheets. I am trying to formulate how many people in
this workbook received product for free - if they did it is noted with
an 'X' in the 'P' cell range. I want it to pull in their name, address,
and other demographics also.

First of all is this possible. Would I use DCOUNT or COUNTIF, or
something else.

I hope this makes sense so if someone can give me a generic formula to
work with I can figure out the rest.

Paul,

I should think that something like a HLOOKUP command should do it
though if you want it to find all the answers from multiple sheets, yo
may need to embed several hlookups into one command perhaps with an I
command in front of them?
