Formula - lowest number from 3 columns

samilees

I have 4 columns and would like a formula that would give me th
percentage of column 4 to the lowest number in columns 1, 2 or 3.

24 16 8 4
What is the percentage betwee 8 & 4

28 22 40 17
What is the percentage between 22 and 17
If you are paying $8 now and new price is $4, what is the saving
percentage.

I think I said that right!

Thanks for the help.

Hi Sami

if i'm understanding you correctly then

=(MIN(A8:C8)-D8)/MIN(A8:C8)
formatted as a percentage
should give you want you're after

Frank:
You have me on the right path. It works if there is in one of th
three cells. If I have something in a and B, it won't work. Will wor
with something only in A B or C.
Also, I would like to show the savings that D represents over th
lowest number in ABC.
If A is $34.99 B is $42.48 and C is $38.27 and I can sell it to you fo
$29.99, your savings would be 16.6%
I appreciate the hel
