Formula not working if an Excel file in sent in attachement

Hi,

I built a file with some rounding formulas (mround) and
it's working without problem on my computer, but if I
send it to somebody in attachment to an Email, all the
cells with the "mround" formula are labeled with the
error message: #name.

If anybody knows why...

From xl's help:

MROUND

Returns a number rounded to the desired multiple.

If this function is not available, and returns the #NAME? error, install and
load the Analysis ToolPak add-in.
