Formula Question

In one column, I have a cell (B11) where any random number can be input for
college hours earned. Each 30 hours equals 1 year (C11). I am trying to
figure out what formula to use in C11 to get this answer.

One way is to put this in C11
=ROUNDDOWN(B11/30,0)
