Formula referencing different worksheets in workbook

I am trying to calculate days of vacation used in a particular month for
several people. Each person has there own worksheet and when I use the Sum
IF funtion and array with the named worksheet it keeps taking keeps taking me
back to the save dialog box each time I change months. How do I correct this?
