Formula to change text color

I want to enter a formula to change the text color if a cell value is less than a certain amount. Can anyone help me out?

There's no need for a formula - nor is there a formula that will do so. What
you're looking for is Conditional Formatting. Have look in Excel Help on
the topic: Change conditional formatting. If you have any specific questions
or difficulties reply with details.
