formula to work with Acssets

I need a formula that calculates Asset Cahs value, interst rate, cost to sell
and as result actual asset income.

for example is I have a
asset cash value of 7829.88
interest rate of 3.6
cost to sell is 10%
what should be the acctual asset income?

other example is

asset cash value 600.00
interest rate is 2%
cost to cell is 0
what should be the actual asset income?
