FORMULA USING MASTER QTY

have a 12 month period where i enter a master qty per month not to exceed 6
(ie 1.3 = 9 units) how do i sum the period and have excel calculate the
formula. ns what would that formula be?

I don't know about anyone else but I don't follow what it is you are asking.
Can you give more details and possibly a (text) example.
