formula with sheet name change

My formula reads =Jones!K$20 There are five other formulas on the same
row pertaining to the Jones sheet

I 'd like to drag the above formula down so it will rename by subsequent
sheets. i.e.

=Stein!K$20
=Venegoni!K$20
=OHara!K$20
etc.
